Yoshimaru Ramen, Singapore

Had a lunch date at Yoshimaru Ramen Bar, from what I know, Yoshimaru's ramen can say to be the best ramen in Singapore. So I pestered my boy to bring me there to try it out during my stay in Singapore ;)

Location: 31 Lorong Liput Holland Village Singapore 277742
Pretty close to the Holland Village MRT station so its quite easy to go to (~ 3-5 minutes walk from the MRT station)

The Menu

Menu price range is about S$10 - 15, we ordered 2 set meals which come with a serve of fruit (we got rock melons) and a serve of sides of your choice (gyoza, fried chicken etc), cost us about S$18 per person after all the service tax and GST.

 Self grind sesame seed

After you have placed your order, you will be given a mini mortal and pestle with some sesame seeds in there.
Spend your time grinding the seeds while you're waiting!

 Beef and Pork Ramen

And finally here comes our ramen! The ramens were pretty generous with the ingredients. Soup were pretty tasty , you can request for a thicker soup with some extra charges. I would say the highlight was the noodles. Extremely springy and nice to chew, very nice texture to it. Love the noodles. A good ramen must have good noodles and base soup eh ;)

There a little sign what kind of ramen Yoshimaru serves. The noodles are produced locally using authentic Japanese method to ensure quality.

Overall I enjoyed my meal in Yoshimaru with friendly staff services, and a slight discount, and a complimentary 2014 calender haha.
