Teppan Dining at Botejyu San at the 4th floor of Plaza Singapura.
This is one of my favourite place for some okonomiyaki (with noodles) in Singapore.
They do serve the normal okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes/Japanese pizza) and the Hiroshima style oko, fried egg over a pile of noodles
This is the second time I came here.
The first time I came here I ordered the normal pancake style oko.
But the oko is not to my liking, I think is pancake was fairly thick and not much fillings :s
My boy ordered the curry noodles oko. It tasted so dam nice ;)
So I ordered the similar thing this time.
Spring Onion Oko
Mixed up version ;)
With curry sauce
I think the oko with the curry sauce is still the best. The curry sauce is not the indian curry type, but the japanese type. Bit of sweetness and sourness. The generous amount of sauces covering the whole dish is the plus point.
Spring onion oko on the other hand is not as nice in my opinion. Because the sauce, is not as flavourful as the curry sauce. Nevertheless, it was still a very pleasant dinner for us.
Next time I'll be sure to order the oko with curry sauce as well :/
